About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician – Electrical, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, inspection, and repair of various electrical systems. Working within a multinational team, you will troubleshoot and maintain low-voltage (LV) systems, and play a crucial part in the reliability and safety of our installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic control systems
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems for signs of damage
- Install, maintain, and service LV electrical systems up to 480VAC
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to assign duties
- Recommend improvements to maintenance methods and performance
- Monitor job schedules, worker-hour requirements, and adjust as needed
- Enforce safety standards and company regulations
- Supervise peers and subordinates on job completion and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) or equivalent experience (4–10 years)
- Proven ability in electrical diagnostics, repair, and installation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Fluency in English is required (multinational team environment)
- Experience with LV electrical systems and industrial electrical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and team-focused
