Your Role: Logistics Driver
As a Logistics Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation of heavy-duty trucks and logistics equipment, ensuring smooth transport and delivery throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 vehicles across various terrains and weather conditions
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete documentation
- Participate in pre-job safety meetings and rig-in/out equipment
- Support equipment maintenance and logistical readiness
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Clean driver’s abstract and proven safe driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Job Type & Schedule
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Red Deer, Alberta
- Shift: 15 days on / 6 days off
- On Call: 24 hours during shift
- Condition: Must reside near base of employment
- Note: Pre-employment medical testing required
