What You’ll Be Doing
In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll operate haul trucks and water trucks to support material transport across the site. Your responsibilities include:
- Transporting materials to load-out bins, heap leach sites, and other locations
- Performing thorough walk-around inspections and logging mechanical issues
- Demonstrating safety-first behavior at all times
- Maintaining environmental responsibility during all operations
- Using basic math and reporting skills to complete daily logs and equipment records
- Following operator manuals and company procedures for all machinery
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are safety-focused and eager to learn
- Have 3+ years of haul truck or heavy equipment experience (preferred, but not required)
- Are comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
- Possess strong work history and positive team spirit
- Can lift and manage physical tasks as required
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
Training will be provided—perfect for those seeking a foot in the door to mining operations.
