Compensation and Perks:
- Pay: $20.00 – $23.50 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Incentives: Weekly performance bonuses up to $100
- Schedule Options:
- Full-time: 4×10-hour shifts (one weekend day required)
- Part-time: 1–2 days per week (10-hour shifts)
- Fuel Card Provided
- Paid Time Off:
- FT: 2 weeks PTO
- PT: 1 week PTO
- PTO accrues immediately
- Health Benefits:
- 50% employer-paid health insurance after 60 days (30+ hours/week)
- Dental and vision available
What You’ll Do
- Report to work by 9:00 AM and prepare your delivery van
- Safely deliver ~200 packages per route following Amazon standards
- Refuel the van at the end of your shift using a company fuel card
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors
- Assist teammates if you finish early—and receive help when needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs daily
- Willing to work at least one weekend day per week
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
