Your Role: AC Technician
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing all hotel air conditioning systems, including refrigeration, kitchen cold rooms, and HVAC units
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing timely, effective solutions
- Supporting the comfort and safety of guests and staff through proper system functionality
- Working closely with other technicians and engineering staff to ensure minimal downtime
- Identifying and recommending preventative maintenance to reduce service disruptions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Trade
- Strong knowledge of AC systems and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
