This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of our facilities while working within a mission-driven, faith-based community.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting our facilities and grounds. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to ensure our campus remains functional, welcoming, and safe for all who live, work, and visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Complete assigned tasks and small projects on time
- Operate mobile apps and PC software for reporting and coordination
- Participate in daily/weekly devotions and Chapel services
- Work collaboratively with other departments and staff members
- Be available for at least one on-call shift per month
- Complete duties as assigned by the Retreat Ministries or Global Director
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather
- Experience with mobile applications and general tech proficiency
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or handyman work preferred
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
- Commitment to the Liebenzell Ministries Doctrinal Statement
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
